Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for all the natural beauty and vibrant culture this city has to offer. From the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon and Sedona to the bustling metropolis, there's always something exciting happening in Phoenix.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude in just two years from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business in 2021 --Go Sun Devils!--, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Real Estate. In December 2023, I completed my Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. This advanced education equips me with a comprehensive approach to serve my clients, leveraging the latest in technology and data analysis to provide a competitive edge in the fast-paced real estate market.

In February 2020, I established my own Real Estate LLC and have since dived into the renovation of my first residential property. One of my proudest achievements has been the complete renovation of part of a duplex, which I undertook myself. This project included the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, painting, landscaping, and the overhaul of the plumbing and electrical systems. My hands-on experience in property renovation enhances my ability to provide valuable insights to clients regarding the potential of properties.

Furthermore, I manage a successful Airbnb, which has not only been a fruitful venture but also enriched my real estate expertise. This experience has granted me unique insights into the hospitality aspect of real estate, enabling me to offer additional advice and services to clients interested in short-term rental investments or looking to maximize their property's income potential.

When I'm not immersed in real estate or academia, I'm passionate about staying active and healthy. I'm an avid runner, participating in numerous events around Phoenix, and I aspire to compete in the Boston Marathon. My commitment to health and wellness is integral to my lifestyle.

I'm also a proud pet parent to Midnight, my delightful dog, who is a mix of pug, poodle, and miniature pincher, affectionately known as the "little princess."

With a solid foundation in economics and real estate, coupled with my dedication to personal well-being, I am committed to utilizing my skills and passions to contribute positively to society.
